☆WHAT MATERIAL IS YOUR JEWELLERY?

Like Other Girls jewellery is made with stainless steel - one of the toughest metals in the world! We use lead + nickel-free materials ONLY so you don't have to worry about irritated skin or allergic reactions. 

It is tarnish-free and water resistant and should not change colour; your jewellery should be tough just like you!

  • Stainless steel is a hypoallergenic/nonallergenic material.
  • It's also used for hospital surgical tools and piercings.
  • Guaranteed to be safe for your skin.

☆WHERE IS THE JEWELLERY MADE?

Like Other Girls jewellery is designed, sent off to be produced by trusted and ethical manufacturers, then handmade and altered in-house for that personal touch. 

All of our pieces are manufactured in smaller batches which means less waste and unsaleable jewels.

We're dedicated to quality over quantity and that's why all of our packaging is made from eco-friendly materials such as recycled cotton for our jewellery bags.

We make and ship all of our items from the UK ✮⋆˙

☆ THE 411 ON SHIPPING 

Processing time - 1-2 business days 

Shipping Time - 1-3 business days, 24 hour delivery is available at checkout

Please expect longer shipping time frames around holiday seasons. Orders in excess of £25 receive free UK standard delivery.

We use Evri for all domestic shipments - for status updates, concerns, etc reach out with your information. Like Other Girls are not responsible for lost packages but we will do our best to help you locate your shipment and rectify your issue!

Please check your address before purchase - we cannot be help packages that are delivered to the wrong address, if you let us know ASAP we can change the address during processing times.

International shipping? It's free for orders over £50

☆THE 411 ON RETURNS + EXCHANGES  

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for store credit or an exchange. If your order is faulty you are entitled to a full refund. Simply email us with your order information to initiate either at support@likeothergirls.co.uk or @shoplikeothergirls on Instagram

Items must be in their original packaging in unworn condition to be eligible for return/exchange, this is for hygiene reasons.

OUR WARRANTY 

Jewellery pieces purchased full price are eligible for a years warranty. If your item breaks in any way, we will repair if possible. Customer pays associated shipping costs. Lost or stolen items are not covered.
